I had a couple of items missing from my order, but they got it fixed in about a day or so. Straightforward and not much hassle, so I was happy with how they handled it.

My payment failed twice, and it was really frustrating. I felt kind of trapped because I couldn’t move forward or figure out what was wrong, so I was just stuck trying again with no clear solution.

I placed a small order and felt a bit silly after seeing the delivery fee. It ended up costing way more than I expected for just a few items, and I probably should’ve skipped it.

I chose contactless delivery and left notes to just drop it at the front door, but the driver still called me twice and waited outside for some reason. Maybe there was something I missed, but it kind of defeated the whole point. When I finally grabbed the food, it had been left on the wet ground instead of the chair that was right there, so the bag was a bit soggy. Food was okay, I guess, but with the delivery fee I expected it to be handled a bit better. Probably won’t use Delivereasy again unless I really need to.

i’ve been using the app for a bit, and it gets frustrating. the menus lag more than they should. checkout also feels confusing way too often, so ordering takes longer than it needs to.

My order ended up arriving late, so I reached out to support to see what was going on. I get that delays happen and I wasn’t expecting anything huge, but the responses felt cold and generic. It was mostly just the usual “we’re looking into it” type of replies, without much of an apology or any real sense that they understood the frustration. i came away feeling like I was bothering them rather than being helped, which left a disappointing impression.

The site is okay overall, but as someone who shops online a lot, the checkout process felt a bit messy to me. I was able to get through it, but it could definitely be cleaner and easier to follow.

I ordered dinner through delivereasy and it did show up, just later than I expected. The app said about 35 minutes, but it was more like an hour by the time it got to me. Food was still warm enough, so that was okay, but yeah... not exactly quick. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not amazing either. I’d probably use it again, but only if I wasn’t starving or in a rush because..

Everything showed up right for the most part, they just forgot one of the sauces. Not a huge deal, but still worth mentioning...

I had an issue with my order and ended up requesting a refund. To be fair, they did resolve it in the end, so I appreciate that. However, it took a few days and I had to follow up with them more than once, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, not a terrible experience, just slower than I would’ve liked.

The estimated delivery time was mostly accurate, I think it showed up maybe 5 minutes late, but that’s not really a big deal. The food was still warm when it arrived, and everything went smoothly enough. I’d use them again...

The driver was really polite and even called me when he got a little lost, which I appreciated. The food was handed over properly and was still warm when it arrived. Took one star off cause the app timing wasnt quite right, but overall it was a good experience.

I’ve used Delivereasy a bunch it’s been mostly okay. The drivers are usually nice, food shows up, no major drama. But then you get to checkout and suddenly I’m like, wait, why is this meal so expensive? Between delivery, service fees, and whatever else they tack on, it just feels like the price jumps way too much. I get it, they’ve got to make money, sure. But come on. Every order feels like there’s some new little charge hiding in there. I pretty much only use it now when I really can’t be bothered leaving the house. Giving it 2 stars because it does work, but value-wise? Not great.

The food was still okay, just not hot anymore. I’d probably use them again, but definitely not if I’m in a rush

I tried using the promo code, but the discount disappeared once I got to checkout. It was annoying, if that makes sense

There are actually a good mix of places near me, which I appreciate. I can usually find something different instead of always ending up with the same pizza or burgers. Every now and then a place I was hoping to order from disappears, which is annoying, but I think I just check at the wrong time. Overall, the options are solid for my area
